Dig Into a Specialty Burger at Humagalas
Humagalas is a unique name for a restaurant, but it holds special meaning for co-owners Bob and Bill Frankis. Their father used the Greek term as a term of endearment for his boys when they were young. It has two very different meanings, depending on the context: well-behaved or slightly mischievous kids.
The warmth with which their father referred to his little “humagalas” is something the brothers want to share with every patron. To that end, they create a comfortable space where you can grab a bite, take part in Thursday night trivia, or enjoy live music on Fridays. While you’re here, enjoy a specialty burger like the Holy Grail. It features dry-aged American wagyu beef encrusted with sweet onion, then topped with aged gruyere cheese, roasted tomatoes, organic field greens, and truffle aioli. Pizzas, fries, and milkshakes (some of them spiked) round out the menu.
