Pairings Bistro: Live Music and Seasonal Fare

Live music is a given at Bel Air's Pairings Bistro. Every Friday and Saturday night, the eatery hosts a local artist to set the soundtrack for an evening of eating and drinking. Pairings Bistro branches out into other one-off events, too, like the special Father's Day Brunch.

But regardless of whether or not there's something special going on at Pairings Bistro, it's always worth a visit. Stop by for lunch to grab a light salad like the grilled romaine and chicken Caesar or an upscale sandwich like the blackened tuna BLT. If you decide to do dinner instead, grab a cocktail like the Flourishing Violets with vodka, violet liqueur, Aperol, hibiscus grenadine, and lemon. Sip it while you pore over the list of seasonal entrees, such as pan-seared duck breast with spring pea and scallion risotto, seared mushrooms, and ginger-orange vinaigrette.
